He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Culver and Eunice Culver; and his wife Janet Eriksen. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeneveve Phipps (Matthew) and Jaclyn Culver; his granddaughter Chloe Holt; and his sister Bonnie Dembeck. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
