It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Kubik of Wautoma, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 30, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kubik. She is survived by: her children, Richard Kubik (Lori) and Christine Cieslik (Henry); her grandchildren, Jennifer Welker (Robert), Steven Cieslik (Megan) and Kristopher Cieslik (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Blake Welker, Ethan Welker, Olivia Eckert-Cieslik, Deliah Cieslik, Archer Cieslik and Leah Newman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
