He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chodacki and Mary Chodacki; his wife Virginia Swidrak; and his siblings, Harriet, Kate, Agnes, Tony and Stanley.
He is survived by: his close friend Smokey; his friend Audrey; and his children, David Chodacki, Patricia Ayers (Tom Rogers) and Sherry Chodacki. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
