He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Noebel and Dorothy Noebel (Schaefer). He is survived by: his sons, Robert Noebel (Amy Holum-Noebel) and Scott Noebel; his grandchildren, Emilee, Samantha and Carson; his siblings, David Noebel (Alice), Karen Noebel and Elizabeth Lehmann (Donald); and his close friend Kathy Finnane.
