He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Martha Allen; his significant other Pauline Allen (Foytik); his brothers, Randy and Rodney Allen; and his brother-in-law Richard Carlson.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Allen, Yvonne Schisel (Jamie), Michelle Schwanke (Chris), Kristie Allen (Matt Endries) and Roger Allen Jr. (Shanna); his grandchildren, Bryant, Brandon, Brooklyn Schisel, Mikayla, Abigail, Faith Schwanke, Jordan Winkel (Karen), Alyssa Winkel, Grant, Trae and Tess Allen; his great grandchildren, Aston and Royce; and his siblings, Aloma "Sis" Carlson, Reva Elias (Scott), Julie Schwanke (Dave) and James Allen (Vilma).
