He is survived by: his wife Arlene Otto of Wausaukee; his children, David Otto of Green Bay, Janet Tarmann Gilbert (Donald) of Marinette and Cheryl Agnew of Geneva, IL; his brother Glenn "Joe" Otto (Donna) of DeMotte, IN; his sister-in-law Sandra Houston of Holland, MI; and his grandchildren, Melissa Sherman (Tom) of Peshtigo, Christopher Tarmann (Kelly) of Neenah, Jaclyn Sanders (Scott) of St. Louis, MO, Amber Freidel (Jesse) of St Charles, IL, Robert Agnew of Geneva, IL and Katy Sanders (Chad) of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
