He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Richter and Otto Richter; his daughter Susan Marie Owens; and his brother Edwin Richter. He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Routhieaux; his sons, Robert of Crivitz and Kenneth Richter (Sue) of Neenah; his sister Andrea Parsons; and his granddaughters, Hannah Richter of Neenah, WI and Hailey Richter.
