He was predeceased by: his father Jimi Duer; and his brother David. He is survived by: his mother Janise Duer (Grosso); his daughter Rikku; and his siblings, Jamie Babio (Edward) and Nicholas Duer (Dawn). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

We would like to mention Alex was able to donate his kidneys.
