She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hohn and Mildred Hohn (Thorne); her husband Orville Pingel; her daughter Paula Jean; her brothers, Gerald Hohn and Frederick'Jack'Hohn; her nephew Warren Hohn; her siblings-in-law, Esther Pingel, Joyce Krueger, Lois Bula, Marianne Hegewald, Carmen Pingel, Myron Podjaski, Dennis Hegewald, Larry Wegner, William Pingel Jr. and Fran Bula; and her godson Scott Bula.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Pingel of Ringle, Michael Pingel of Ringle and Gary Pingel (Lori) of Ringle; her grandsons, Evan and Justin Pingel of Ringle; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Hohn of Wittenberg, Marie Podjaski of Ringle, Loretta Lucht (John) of Antigo, Virginia Wegner of Clintonville, Patsy Pingel of Birnamwood, Lloyd Pingel (Josephine) of Tomahawk and Leonard Pingel (Toni) of Hatley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Wausau (164923 Co Rd Z, Wausau, WI 54403). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
