He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walraven and June Walraven; and also, Robert and Marion Plath. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sons, Timothy of Wausau and Daniel of Wausau; and his granddaughter Willow.
Active in a church throughout his life, Bill joined Julie at Downtown Mission Church (DMC) and after Covid made it his regular place of worship.
