It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lewitzke (Wausau, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Lewitzke and Lydia Lewitzke (Gernetzke); his granddaughter Jodie Anna Gaulke; his brother Charles Lewitzke; his nephew Frank "Butch" Lewitzke; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd "Christy" Sheel, Carleton Meilahn, Delores Lewitzke, Pat Lewitzke and Sarah "Sally" Lewitzke.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Lewitzke (Golz); his daughters, Judith Spear (Mark), Juliann and Jacklyn Dehnel; his grandchildren, Bryan Gaulke (Vicky), Andrew (Rylee), Landon (Jessica), Allyson, Emma Dehnel, Breann Whitmore (Taylor) and Katie Pando (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Henrik Gaulke and Leila Whitmore; and his siblings, Frank (Connie), Kenneth Lewitzke (Sue) and Doris Scheel.
