He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Pagel and Marie Pagel (Gebhard); his son Eugene Pagel; and his brother John Pagel. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Anderson; his children, Philip Pagel (Tanya) and Ruth Lashua; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Pagel. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, 8 sisters, 3 brothers and many nephews and nieces.
