She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Bauman and Martha Bauman (Kufahl); her husband Eugene Uekert; and her siblings, Dorothy, Doris, Marion and Gordy.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kreft (Gary) of Athens, Ken Uekert (Shelley) of Grand Junction, CO, Brenda Uekert of Aguanga, CA, Nancy Hoeft (Lloyd) of Murfreesboro, TN and Scott Uekert (Ashlee) of Athens; her grandchildren, Travis Kreft (Jennifer), Waylon, Jared Kreft, Jessica Hoeft, Taylor (Tommaso), Colin, Oliver, Morgan and Lucas Uekert; her great grandchild Skyler Baumann; and her sister-in-law Mavis Steidinger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Highland Community Church (1005 N 28th Ave, Wausau, WI 54401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
