He is survived by: his mother Sharon Schultz; his uncle Joe; his siblings, Robin Schultz and Rick Schultz; his daughter Ashley Cook; his stepson Seth Granger; his niece Katie Schultz (Pam Cook); and his grandson Leighton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
