He was predeceased by: his cousin Tim Passow; his parents, Henry and Catherine; his sister Barb Nies (Scott); and his sister-in-law Kris Passow.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Jamie Rivera and Tracy Allen; his siblings, Thomas Passow (Jill), Gary Passow, Ronald Passow, Wayne Passow (Sue), Robert Passow (Candy) and Shirley Ecker (Randy); his daughter Samantha; his friend Nancy Stokes; and also Becky Verhasselt (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
