He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lutz and Mabel Lutz (Phelps); his brother Marvin; his mother-in-law Mel Krutz; and his brother-in-law Jack Lona.
He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Timothy Lutz (Sarah) of Green Bay and Katherine Hein (Paul); his grandchildren, Silas and Sabine of Milwaukee; his daughter Anna Lian (Wangjie); his granddaughter Willa of Kenosha; his daughter Elizabeth Lutz of Wausau; his siblings, Donald (Jeanie), Alan (Nina) and Karen Lona; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Ruehs-Lutz, Jamie Krutz (Jennifer Thomas), Jeff Krutz (Cathy), Jonathan Krutz (Kimiko) and Jim Krutz (Rose Beck); and his father-in-law Charles Krutz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
