He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Bliese and Flora Bliese (Isberner). He is survived by: his significant other Mary Beth Prieve Tolley; his significant other's sons, Stephen and David; his sisters, Frances "Tootie" Beyer (Ron) of Stevens Point and Dawn Will (Darrell) of Ringle; and his aunts, Phyllis, Verda and Delores Bliese. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
