He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kurth and Shirley Kurth (Clintsman); his father-in-law James Hirsch; and his brothers-in-law, David Hirsch and Gary Madden.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Hirsch; his sons, Christopher Kurth (Amy), Mason Kurth (Ashley) and Matthew Kurth; his grandchildren, Nevaeh and Amaris Kurth; his siblings, Peggy Kurth and Tim Kurth (Kathy); and his mother-in-law Doris Madden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
