He is survived by: his brothers, Lowell Johnson (Pat) and Keith Johnson (Julie Hunter); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Morrissey (Mike), Hannah Johnson (Casey Klug), Sandy Giese (Bret Cors), Christl Eggleston (Gerald), Hilary Johnson, Scott Johnson (Shannon) and Leif Johnson (Angie).
