It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Frickenstein (Wausau, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Frickenstein and Florence Frickenstein (Staple); and his siblings, Gordon, Harold, Wallace Frickenstein and Joyce Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Sheri Mayer (Matt), Mary Biskupski (Jeff) and Rhonda Pickruhn (Bart Holtz); his grandchildren, Claire Heindel (Ben), Megan Chappel (Taylor), Evan Mayer (Jocelyn), Brandon Biskupski (Kelsey), Andrew Biskupski, Logan Pickruhn, Alyssa Biskupski (Patrick Bender) and Madeleine Schlosser (Cory); his great grandchildren, Harper, Emmett Heindel, Eliya Mayer, Miles Chappel, Baby Chappel, Amelia and Brooklynn Biskupski; and his brother-in-law Allen Hamann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wausau.
