He is survived by: his wife Sonya Whitman (LaRene); his daughters, Kimberly Hafenbreadl (Mark) and Tammy LaPorte (Kurt); his grandchildren, Joshua Roloff (Jen), Cassondra Housek (Dan), Jordan Roloff (Chara), Dakota Hafenbreadl, Jackson Hafenbreadl, Alexcia Hafenbreadl, Ashley LaPorte, Nathen LaPorte (Chardae) and Levi LaPorte; his great grandchildren, Aubrey LaPorte, Lane, Sonny LaPorte and Lyla Roloff; his siblings, Carol Carlson (Gary), Mike Whitman (Paula) and Kent Whitman; and his stepsiblings, Denise Lorenz (Rob), Angela Vaughn, Sarah Patten and Matthew Diestler (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
