It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Perushek (Wausau, Wisconsin), born in Ely, Minnesota, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perushek and Rose Perushek. He is survived by: his wife Ardis; his children, Joe Perushek (Emily), Michael Perushek, Kim Wieloch (Jason) and Penny Diamond (Cory); his grandchildren, Ollie, Rachel, Raegan, Tina and Jin; and his sisters, Phyllis Schmidt and Peggy Davis.
