He is survived by: his wife Pang Kong Thao; his children, Xai Thao (Moua Yang), Sua Thao, Fue Thao, Truzon Thao and Lily Thao; his grandchildren, Reina Vue, Azelous Yang and Lyora Yang; and his siblings, Mee Thao, Chao Thao, Koua Thao, Chankhoua Thao, Pao Thao and Chong Vue Thao.
