She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Leffel and Nettie Leffel; her husband Lloyd Madden; her sisters, Florence and Dorothy; and her brother-in-law Burt.

She is survived by: her close friend Lynne Santangelo; her nieces, Pat Nemke (Tom), Barb Krohn (Jeff) and Sandy Weller (Tim); and her son Doug.
