He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Freiberg and Marion Freiberg; his wife Darlene Freiberg; and his son Casey Freiberg. He is survived by: his son Zachary Freiberg (Rachel Rhyner); and his siblings, Gary Freiberg (Janice), Charles Freiberg (Christine) and Phyllis Varsos (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Helke Funeral Home and Cremation Service (302 Spruce St, Wausau, WI 54401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park (235962 N Troy St, Wausau, WI 54403).
