He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenz A. Breitenfeldt and Linda Breitenfeldt (Voelker); and his sister Shirley Breitenfeldt. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Breitenfeldt; his children, Alan Breitenfeldt (Kathe) of Wausau, Wayne Breitenfeldt (Lori) of Wausau and Connie Laessig (Kent) of Wausau; his grandchildren, Eric (Olivia), Ella Breitenfeldt, Brett, Jenna Breitenfeldt, Connor, Karlen and Callie Laessig; and his great grandchild Owen Breitenfeldt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau.
