It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loraine Hornung of Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Laska and Laura Laska; her husband Richard; and her siblings, Henry, Robert, Eugene, Norbert, Gerald, Caroline, Delores, Theresa, Bernice, Margaret and Joanne.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard and Paul; and her sister Betty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (611 Stark St, Wausau, WI 54403). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. Loraine enjoys her church and even attended during the pandemic.
