He is survived by: his children, Scott Dernovsek (Seara) of Chippewa Falls, WI, Desiree Dernovsek (Travis) of Black Creek, WI, Shannon Ewert (Dale) of Bruce, WI and Patrick Dernovsek (Evyn) of Conrath, WI.; his girlfriend Kathryn Fleming-Dernovsek of Wausau, WI; and his siblings, Joe, Laurie, Lisa, Margit, Bonnie, Tracy and Christine. He is also survived by seven step-children, seven grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
