He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Ziegel, (Voigt) and Ervin Ziegel, Sr.; his siblings, Imogene Niewolny (Walter), Isabelle Ruplinger (Wyman), Elton Ziegel (Carol) and Gerald Ziegel; and his brothers-in-law, Clarke Wilcott (Irene), Robert, Richard Wilcott and Ivan Ruplinger.
He is survived by: his brother Bev; his wife Beverly Wilcott; his children, Timothy Ziegel of San Antonio, TX, Julie Braatz (Chad) of Wausau and Jamie Schlei (Jeff) of Wausau; his grandson Shawn Kamke (Molly Nicholson) of Seattle, WA.; his siblings, Janice Ruplinger, Rosemary Groth (Dave) and Ervin Ziegel Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Ziegel, Karen Smith, Barbara Wilcott, Wesley Wilcott (June), Ruth Ziegel, Corrine Hansen (Robert) and Nyla Budahl (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
