He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Stiel and Marian Stiel (Olson). He is survived by: his wife Joan Stiel; his sister Judy Stiel; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Otto (Allen) and Sue Dawson. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
