He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard McDonald and Leona McDonald (Saettler); and his brothers, Pat and Tom McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Ann McDonald; his son Tom McDonald (Sue); his granddaughters, Allison Hugus (Mark), Anna Frey (Scott) and Caroline McDonald; his great grandchildren, Louis and Finley; his sister Ann Graunke (George); and his siblings-in-law, Marlys McDonald and Roger Eisenman.
