She was predeceased by: her husband William Hintz. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Bornowski (Jim), William Hintz (Will Roach), Robert Hintz (Paula), Jonathan Hintz and Tina Spees (Tim); her grandchildren, Jerret Parker, Ashlee Huempfner, Broc Hintz, Mitch Hintz, Calli Paro, Leah Klein, David Hintz, Samantha Johnson, Michael Wischmeyer and Savannah Spees; and her siblings, Carol Apfelbeck, David and Steve Nielsen. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
