He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Koplitz and Stella Koplitz (Sowinski); his wife Sharon; his children, Steven, Michael Koplitz and Michele Bonnell; his son-in-law James Bonnell; and his siblings, Jerry Koplitz, Patrick Kinney and Joyce Kolbe.
He is survived by: his son Brian Koplitz; his granddaughter Amanda Sarauer (Jeff); his brothers, Bob Koplitz and Rick Koplitz (Joyce); his daughter-in-law Laura Koplitz; and his sister-in-law Donna Janz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saint Michael Catholic Parish (611 Stark St, Wausau, WI 54403). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (611 Stark St, Wausau, WI 54403).
