She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Traeger and Vionie Traeger (Kath); her husband Herb; her daughter Linda Sue Schlie; her son-in-law Samuel Schlie; her brothers, Eugene and Delbert; and her granddaughter Kristen Sumrall.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Strassburg (Alvin), Paulette Stecker (Jerome) of Sherwood, WI, Kathleen Sumrall of Sparta, WI, Kris Koss (Jim) of Huntley, MT., Josh, Paige, Jared, Justin and Becky Thomas (Dan); her grandchildren, Jacob and Elizabeth; her son Matt Nelson (Kim); her grandchildren, Ashlee and Alexis; her son Mark Strassburg (Heather); her granddaughters, Emma and Ava; her daughter Sarah Copeland (Lee); her grandchildren, Dominick and Aleena; her daughter Stephanie Brooks (Patrick); her granddaughter Ginny; her son Michael Stecker (Tammy); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Trinity, Josiah and Caleb; her children, Daniel Casey (Michelle) and MaryAnn Flores (Jesse); her grandchildren, Echo, Hunter and Gunnar; her daughter Alicia McCall (Willis); her grandchildren, Sam, Lydia, Elijah and Luke; her son Aaron Koss (Ashley); her grandchildren, Lily and Brett; her son Nathan Schlie (Rachel); her grandchildren, Miriam, Paul, Ruth, Esther and Hannah; her son Ben Schlie (Kadie); her grandchildren, Lucas and Evelyn; her child Jesse Schlie (Keegan); her grandchildren, Nora, Atticus, Judah and Henry; her son Joe Schlie (Kristen); her grandchildren, Fern, Peter, Eve and George; her great great grandchild Aubree; and her sister-in-law Wessie Traeger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (1300 Townline Rd, Wausau, WI 54403). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, Lutheran Hour Ministries or Christ Lutheran Church.
