She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Neitzke and Antoinette Neitzke (Majeske); and her brother Cuyler Neitzke (Shirley). She is survived by: her brother Jay Neitzke (Thia); her daughters, Susan Anderson, Stephanie Schreiber (Michael Hoover) and Tracy Kaiser; and her stepchildren, Lynn Harper and Craig Hulce (Rebecca). She is also survived by five grandchildren.
She donated her body to the UW Madison School of Medicine & Public Health Body Donor Program.
