With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edith J. Smith of Wausau, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edith left this world on April 13, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schultz and Anna Schultz (Kreuger); her daughter-in-law Debi; and her sister Dorothy. She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her sons, Kevin Smith, Douglas Smith (Rosemary) and Eric Smith; and her grandchildren, Derek (Nicole), Haley, Ryan and Peyton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brainard Funeral Home (522 Adams St, Wausau, WI 54403). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
