He was predeceased by: his parent Algernon Sharer. He is survived by: his parent Velva Sharer (Reinke); his wife Aggie; his children, Kathie Plapp (Larry) of Delavan, WI, Donn, Jr. (Robin) of Millstone Township, NJ and Janet Plein (Ed) of Kasson, MN.; his grandchildren, Megan Plapp, Abby Sharer, Emma Sharer, Zac Plein and Andy Plein; and his sister Joyce Ahola (Sharer) of Decatur, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
