He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Hieronimus and Elsie Hieronimus (Graveen); his son Todd; his in-laws, Alex and Lorraine Karlen; his great grandchild Callum; his siblings, Roger (Sharlene), James, Jeannie Ginzinger (Joe), Marjean Nowack (Jim), Ronald Karlen (Lynn) and Myron Karlen; and his nieces, Brenda Nowack and Bonnie Karlen.
He is survived by: his wife Lynette Karlen; his son Mark (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Sarah Hieronimus; his grandchildren, Zach Hieronimus (Caitlyn), Casie Pritzl (Adam), Luke Hieronimus and Brianna Hieronimus; his stepgrandchild Lauren Watters; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Elena, Elijah and Theodore; and his in-laws, Mary Ann Karlen, Patricia Kryshak, Michael Karlen (Roxanne) and Beverly Behnke (Mike Sommers). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church (206 Hemlock St, Marathon City, WI 54448). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
