He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Bell (Walden) and Glenn Bell; and his stepbrother Frank Dana. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Utech (Judy); his daughters, Cheryl Bell-Weber (Aaron) and Marla Bell (Linda Yeikowski); and his grandchildren, Shanna Thomas (Aaron) and Preston Weber.
