With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Harrod of Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Hoff and Virginia Boehm; her husband Harl Harrod of Merrill, WI; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Guillaume and James Harrod.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Lauren; her pets, Hank and Sheba; her children, John Harrod (Becky) and Joan Harrod (Mark Smith); her granddaughter Lydia Harrod (Ian Scott); her siblings, Dale Hoff and Bonnie Guillaume (Dawn); and her sister-in-law Patricia Harrod.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Helke Funeral Home (302 Spruce St, Wausau, WI 54401). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
