He is survived by: his former wife Teri; his daughter Victoria (Tori); his former wife Rachele; his parents, Art and Jo; his siblings, Scott (Megan), Jay (Kellene), Holly (John), Maryann (Troy) and Amy (Tad); his friends, Leisa, Doug and Tommy; and also, Leisa, Doug and Tommy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and their children and grandchildren.
