He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howard and Lillian Howard (Lemke); his wife Mary Ann Howard; his brother Harry Jr.; his sister-in-law Martha Howard; and his brother Donald Howard (Mary Ann).
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Tankersley of Algonquin and Sue Howard of Woodinville, Washington.; his parents-in-law, Chester and Jane Larson; his brother Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Marion Larson and Larry Larson (Karen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
