She was predeceased by: her parents, Johan Thorvald and Christine Ranum (Tollerud); her husband Lyman Porter; and her brothers, Juel Ranum and Donald Ranum.
She is survived by: her son Craig Porter (Denise); and her sister-in-law Helen Ranum. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be directed to Children's Service Society of Wisconsin, in Carol's honor, or a charity of your choice.
