He is survived by: his wife Ida Faye Byron (Haanpaa); his sister Jackie Carlson of Embarrass, MN; his son Kraig Byron (Kathy); his grandchildren, Colin and Chloe Byron of Oregon, WI; his son Lance Byron (Alexia) of Manuel Antonio; his son-in-law James Janke of Wausau; his granddaughters, Emma Buckli (Cody) of Wausau and Lana Janke of Pensacola, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Carlson (Pepper), Laurie Kess (Paul), Beth Haasl (Andy), Dave Carlson (Pam) and Tim Carlson.
