He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Alsum Mulder; his wife Jessica Eisenga; his siblings, Brad Mulder (Lyn) of Chicago, Carrie Stiemsma (Jeff) of Waupun, Jeremy Mulder (Sara) of Waupun and Eric Mulder (Erica) of Waupun; his father-in-law Steven Eisenga (Tami) of Fox Lake; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Weiland (Brent) of Wautoma and Wesley Eisenga (Chelsea) of Markesan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
