He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Bella and Theresa Seaman Bella; his wife Gloria June Buetow; his daughters, Dawn Neevel (James) and Dr. Deborah Scuglik (Edward); his grandchildren, Melissa Neevel (Joe Piekarski), Dustin Neevel (Courtney) and Jennifer Scuglik (Doug); and his siblings, Richard Bella and Barbara Cluppert. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
