She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Zande and Anes Duven Vande Zande; her husband Harold Schouten; and her siblings, LaVerne Henslin, Ellen Sommers, Erwin and Merlin "Mike" Vande Zande.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Schouten (Cheryl) of Waupun and Lillian Schouten of Markesan; her grandchildren, Jon Schouten Sr. of LaCrosse, WI, Jeff Schouten (Cindy) of Howard, WI and Stephanie Budzien (Ben) of Hawaii; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Schouten Jr., Jarred Schouten, Cole Schouten and Averie Schouten; her siblings, Warren "Bud" Vande Zande (Kay), Keith Vande Zande, Velma Siedl, Delores Vande Kolk (Paul), Elaine Veenhuis (Bob), Inez Bronkhorst (Don) and Judy Vernon; and her sister-in-law Millie Vande Zande. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
