He is survived by: his children, Dan Kurtz (Carly), Crystal Bell (Nick) and Steven Kurtz (Mandy); his grandchildren, Haily Reynolds (Ethan), Hannah Goldapske (Kaden), Erich Kurtz, Gavin Kurtz, Catey Kurtz, Stephen Kurtz, Sabrina Meisle, Jonathon Ramsdell Jr., Willow Kurtz, Melody Kurtz and Rylyn Kurtz; and his sister Janet Schellinger (Jim).
