She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kinzel and Ruth Hessel Kinzel; her daughter Sherri; her sister-in-law Judy Kinzel; and her mother-in-law Kathryn Eggen.
She is survived by: her husband David Rohrer; her sons, Steve of Green Bay and Scott (Wendy) of Hoover, AL; her grandson Ian; her siblings, Kathy Schill (Elmer) of DePere, Michael Kinzel (Karen), Phil Kinzel, Rick Kinzel (Kathy) and Mark Kinzel (Mary) of Manitowoc; and her siblings-in-law, Philip Rohrer (Susan), Jeffery Rohrer (Sue), Mary Kay Schwartzstein, Camille Van Oss (Van) and Kathleen Van Valkenburg (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to David Rohrer at 910 Visser Ave, Waupun, WI 53963, to be directed toward causes close to Sandy's heart.
