He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Palmer and Sharon Palmer (Behn); his aunts, Shirley Oetzman (Behn), Betty Berg (Behn) and Leta Palmer; and his cousin Steven Oetzman.
He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Donna Behn of Middleton, Carolyn Behn of Waunakee, Dennis Behn (Dawn) of Reedsburg, Donald Behn (Pattie) of Reedsburg, Daniel Oetzman of Hillsboro and Gene Berg of Waunakee; and his friends, Barbara McCann and Teri Garcia. He is also survived by his cousins and other relatives.
